Homepath This is a loan program designed for both Owner Occupants and Investors. There are many unique benefits to this program including NO APPRAISAL required and 90% financing for investors. My Community & Home Possible
USDA This is one of the only surviving 100% programs left outside of VA. USDA is reserved for properties that are deemed Rural and has income requirements to qualify. If you are also a listing Agent, it is important for you to know if the property is eligible so that you can advertise the 102% financing available to buyers.
